We agree on the cleaning checklist, access instructions, and timing before service. Share checkout and check-in times so we can check availability. Same-day turnovers require advance confirmation.

KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS

Cleaning of counters, sinks, accessible appliance exteriors, tables, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors, and agreed surfaces. Tell us about inside-appliance cleaning or extra work after a longer stay.

BEDROOMS AND LIVING AREAS

Dusting accessible surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors as appropriate, and cleaning shared living spaces. Discuss bed changes and linen handling when requesting your estimate so we can confirm your requirements.

LAUNDRY CARE

Discuss laundry turnaround before each turnover. If laundry cannot be completed during the visit, agree on off-site handling, return timing, and any additional charge in advance. Provide enough replacement linens for the next guest arrival unless another arrangement has been confirmed.

SUPPLIES AND HOUSE READINESS

We check agreed supply lists and report missing or low items. Checking supplies is separate from purchasing or restocking them. Any shopping, reimbursement, or restocking service must be arranged and priced in advance.

Regular upkeep helps prevent buildup between seasons and can reduce the need for a separate deep cleaning when you reopen. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Need extra help caring for your rental? We also offer property management support, including grill cleaning, arranging grill gas refills, and tidying outdoor areas. Tell us what your property needs so we can confirm the scope, timing, and pricing in advance.
