If you would like us to provide supplies for residential services, this can be arranged upon request and prior approval.
Yes. Clients may provide eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or specific products they prefer. If we are supplying products, we use professional-grade cleaners appropriate for each service type.
We accept credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and approved invoicing options. Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed before service.
Some services, including deep cleanings, post-construction, move-in / move-out, and large properties, may require a deposit to secure the booking.

For move-in / move-out cleanings and post-construction cleanings, pricing may be offered by square footage, based on the size and condition of the property. A walkthrough is required to provide an accurate and fair quote.
