Yes, for commercial services, post-construction cleanings, and move-in / move-out cleanings, we provide all necessary professional supplies and equipment.

For regular residential, deep cleaning, and ongoing maintenance services, clients provide their preferred cleaning products and equipment. This allows us to follow household preferences and properly care for specialty surfaces.

If you would like us to provide supplies for residential services, this can be arranged upon request and prior approval.

Yes. Clients may provide eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or specific products they prefer. If we are supplying products, we use professional-grade cleaners appropriate for each service type.

We accept credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and approved invoicing options. Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed before service.

Some services, including deep cleanings, post-construction, move-in / move-out, and large properties, may require a deposit to secure the booking.

While rare, any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service so we can review and address them appropriately.

Yes. We are happy to work in homes with pets. We kindly ask that pets be secured if necessary for safety and efficiency.

We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on the service booked.

Pricing depends on the type of service, size of the property, and client requirements.

For large homes, estates, and custom residential services, pricing is often hourly per team member, based on the scope of work and level of detail requested.

For move-in / move-out cleanings and post-construction cleanings, pricing may be offered by square footage, based on the size and condition of the property. A walkthrough is required to provide an accurate and fair quote.
